I offer weekly sessions of 55 minutes which may continue for an agreed period. The number of counselling sessions varies from a short course to ongoing counselling sessions, offering more depth and support.
Fees
£20 INTRODUCTORY SESSION.
The first half hour is free. This may be over the phone, or in the counselling room. I understand that seeking a counsellor can be daunting and I would like you to feel comfortable and at ease. My fee for a full introductory 50 minute session is £20.00, this is for us to meet, discuss your needs and consider if and how we can work together.
The standard fee for a counselling session is £45
Students fee is £35. Concessionary rate available for retired people or those with a low-income. Please discuss with Sarah if you need a reduced rate..
